We are excited to be the first to offer Vietnamese food in Leigh. Our menu includes some of the most iconic Vietnamese dishes that will let you experience a part of our beautiful country.

Summer rolls / Gỏi cuốn

A fresh and healthy starter. 

Just imagine a salad dish with some added prawns wrapped in rice paper!

 

You can either eat them with peanut butter sauce or be adventurous and try our traditional fish sauce.

Beef rice noodles / Phở bò

A must-try - Vietnam's national dish

Pho is usually a breakfast meal.

 

There are many variants of Pho, and our version is called "Pho Ha Noi", which is the Northern-style.

We also offer Pho Chay - Vegan Pho.  Despite not being popular in Vietnam, the vegetable broth tastes extremely similar to the traditional broth.

Caramelised braised pork / Thịt kho tàu

One of our daily dishes in Vietnam.

The pork is braised until tender which will melt on your tongue. It is sweet, salty and perfect to have with steamed rice.

Our salad has a slightly sweet and tangy taste, a refreshing side dish.

All are included in one of our rice/ vermicelli boxes.
