How to dispose of our packaging

Updated: Jul 22

You might be familiar with sorting the normal takeaway packaging, but some of ours are slightly different. The base of our rice/ vermicelli boxes, for example, is compostable! That means it can go in the green bin.

Below is the complete guide on how to dispose of the different types of boxes/ bowls that we use.

1. Blue bin

Bags and chopstick wraps can be put in the blue bin. You may also put bao bun boxes and mango salad boxes there after giving them a rinse.

2. Green bin

The base of our rice boxes, summer roll trays and paper inside bao bun boxes are compostable, which is suitable for the green bin. Our bamboo chopsticks, wooden knives and forks can also go in there.

3. Brown bin

The lids of rice boxes, lids of summer roll trays, rice noodles packaging, spoons, and sauce pots belong in the brown bin. However, you may reuse the bowls if you would like to.

We also try to reduce waste by only adding cutlery on request.
