Viet Rice Box Limited is committed to ensuring the protection of your privacy and the personal information that you provide us. This Privacy policy describes how we might collect, use, and process your information when you use our services, including Vietnamese food takeaway and catering for events.

Your information is securely stored by Wix, our website hosting service provider as well as the payment processor and protected by their high technical security system. Despite that, we can not guarantee 100% the security of your information against fraudulent, cyber-attacks, etc. 

We will only keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.

We may maintain member accounts for as long as you are with us. You may review and change your information by logging in and going to your member page. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account from our active database. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
